The Vocational and Personnel Psychology (LOPP) lab aims to make research at the Ghent University about vocational and personnel psychological themes (from vocational interests and choice, over recruitment and selection issues, to training and career guidance / coaching) highly visible both national and internationally, as well as to establish sustainable partnerships between the various psychologists at the Ghent University who are investigating these themes in order to address the growing demandsfor evidence-based advice on various career and personnel-related issues in vocational and work-related settings.
