The CF EAC brings together infrastructure, expertise, and regulatory bodies to enable the ethical, biosafe and scientifically sound conduct of (infectious disease) experiments in animals. The facility offers infrastructure suitable for housing a wide variety of animal species, in support of both fundamental and (pre)clinical in vivo studies. The CF EAC integrates the expertise of specialized laboratories and leading veterinary clinics. Its services are available to both UGent and external researchers.
