Description
The BIOBIX lab of Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics focuses on the analysis of high-throughput omics data. They develop innovative data-analytical methodologies to address biological questions, e.g. related to allele-specific expression, gene expression regulation or molecular clocks. Moreover, they apply these and other state-of-the-art methods in various fields such as aging, cancer and crop protection.
