REPOS is an interdisciplinary collaboration between researchers from Ghent University and the Cancer Center of UZ Gent. The consortium bridges the gap between science and practice and aims to improve patient care before, during, and after cancer treatment through research and training.
Specifically, we focus on the following goals:
- Increasing knowledge about the impact of cancer and cancer treatments on the well-being of patients and their families.
- Identifying interventions that can improve the well-being of patients.
- Developing strategies to enhance the competencies of oncology caregivers and strengthen their well-being.
- Translating research findings into clinical practice (implementation research).
