Description
The core research activities of IBiTech are computational and experimental modelling of biofluids, tissue and medical device mechanics; advanced medical image and signal analysis; (pre)clinical imaging system design and imaging biomarkers as tools for personalized medicine. The research at IBiTech typically starts from clinically relevant questions in order to support a better understanding and diagnosis of pathologies and patient-specific treatments using ingeniously designed algorithms and medicaldevices.
