Description
The Roman Society Research Centre (RSRC) is a UGent/VUB alliance research group. The aim is to promote studies in the history of the Roman World in all its various aspects: the study of economic, social, political, cultural and mentality history from the dawn of Roman history to the end of Late Antiquity. Disciplines such as archaeology, philology, ancient philology and law help shape the research. Epigraphy, papyrology and numismatics are auxiliary disciplines.
