Een moleculaire biologie robotica platform, dit op maat gemaakte, flexible en veelzijdige high-throughput moleculair en on-line screening platform bestaat uit volgende modulesen componenten:

  1. PerkinElmer (nu Revvity) explorerTM G3 workstation iX20 module configured with:
    • - Control PC running plate::worksTM scheduling and control software
    • - Plate::handlerTM Flex 750 EXT collaborative SCARA robot
    • - With servo gripper on 1m linear axis rail
    • - 4‐position lid handler
    • - Barcode reader
    • - Monitor/keyboard arm
    • - iX20 TRESPA instrument tables with integrated LED status lights
    • - iX20 system enclosure with HEPA filter
  2. PerkinElmer JANUS G3 standard 8‐tip and rail gripper liquid handler
    • - With 2x Inheco CPAC Ultraflat HT 2‐TEC (4‐110°C)
  3. PerkinElmer PlateStak
  4. PerkinElmer EnSight multimode plate reader
    • - With monochromator (Absorbance/Fluorescence)
    • - Fluorescence bottom module
  5. KBiosystems K63 colony picker
    • - With tray hive, HEPA filter and UV sterilization lamp
  6. KBiosystems WASP sealer
  7. Biometra TRobot 96 thermal cycler
  8. Agilent Vspin centrifuge

  11. This workstation is complemented with the already available Molecular Devices QPix® colony picker in the department of Biotechnology (BW25).
  12. In addition, to ensure sterile handling, the workstations will be made aseptic, and an autoclave and a laminar flow will be made available to users.
