Multimode microtitre plate readers, which are specialized for massive screening assays in synthetic biology:

  1. With monochromator-based wavelength selection
  2. Absorbance (UV – NIR & wavelength scanning)
  3. Fluorescence with bottom reading module
  4. Linear and orbital shaking, amplitude selectable (1-6 mm in 0.5 mm steps)
  5. Temperature control from 5 °C above ambient up to 42 °C
