Description
IDC UGent @ Work brings together more than thirty professors and their research teams from eight Ghent University faculties and fourteen Ghent University departments. The common thread running through their research is topics related to work and the labour market, such as (but not limited to) well-being at work, work and AI, labour market discrimination, human resources management and labour law. The higher goal of UGent @ Work is to make labour market and HR policy more evidence-based.
- In the “Research Briefs”, we summarise (newly) published research with an explicit focus on concrete recommendations for the relevant target groups based on the results of that research.
- In the “Policy Briefs”, we provide short analyses based on new data on a specific topic aimed at the relevant target groups for that topic.
- Experts in work and the labour market explain commonly used (but often poorly understood) labour market concepts in less than 100 seconds.
- Various knowledge clips
