Description:
I was shortlisted for the Marcus Wallenberg Foundation’s Young Researchers Challenge, an international event held alongside the Marcus Wallenberg Prize ceremony. The program brings together promising PhD students and early-career researchers under 35 to present innovative work in forest-based science and technology. I presented my research through a pitch and a scientific poster. Out of 30 selected participants from leading institutions worldwide, I was awarded the Best Poster Award. My topic was titled: Quantifying changes in forest structure and their impact on microclimate across spatial and temporal scales by integrating ground- and satellite-based remote sensing
